The place where flow is found and the creative state of presence is created. Jackson Pollock's work (see @ jackson-pollock.org) was all about the act of painting, not the finished work rather the paint dripping on the canvas and the flow one finds in creating. The now involves state of being. One can try and try to achieve the now by mediation, breathing and wanting to be there but the truth is the only real way to achieve flow is to simply be flowing. It’s the hardest place to try to find and the most gratifying place to be. When your day is done and you look back and think about the decisions you’ve made, typically they were made by; well just being present.

The way we get to know ourselves, our likes, choices, what makes us individuals and not the herd is found during flow. It's ingrained in us to know what we feel without having to second guess it. If truly present; we don’t simply feel; we do. The now is unique compared to the past or the future because the now has a physical presence, it’s the hardest test you’ll ever take and the most playful place to be.

Create, discover, play and live. Now.
